New dates have just been added for Bellwood School District 88 Residency Verification. These are the last two opportunities for families to complete the in-person residency process before early registration ends and student fees are waived.

⏰ Note: The line will close promptly at 11:30 AM to ensure all families can be assisted. The process takes approximately 30 minutes.
✔ What to Bring
All families must provide the following in-person:
Proof of Residency
Category I (one document):

Parent/Guardian’s Driver’s License or State ID

Passport with photo

Photo ID from local consulate with current address
Category II (three documents):

Utility bills (gas, electric, water, telephone)

Rental/lease agreement or mortgage

Insurance policy (renters or homeowners)

Bank statement
-
Payroll or child support check with current address
Medical Documents (For K & 6th Grade)

New physical exam (within one year of the school start date)

Updated immunization record

💡 After Verification
Once verification is complete, families will receive a printed SNAP Code to finish registration online.
